Its design and concept were devised in close collaboration with world-renowned design firm Conran & Partners. The London-based company has designed renowned establishments in London, Paris, New York and Tokyo.
Modern Nordic Cuisine
SALT’s décor is inspired by the modern Parisian brasserie. The plates show elegance, while innovated cuisine features amazing taste combinations.
Although modern Nordic cuisine is the hallmark of SALT restaurant, there is more than a hint of French inspiration in the meals created by head chef Rasmus Møller Nielsen.
Rustic raw ingredients and elegant international cuisine are combined to form a higher synthesis.

Every plate holds a surprise - a composition of traditional Danish produce spiced with gastronomic imagination.
Every third week, the restaurant presents a new SALT menu from which guests can choose two, three or four courses.
