BOARDROOM STYLE
In this picture, the lounge has been set up to accommodate 10 delegates. The lounge can, however, accommodate up to 22 delegates in a boardroom setting and the total capacity is 70 participants.
The lounge is equipped with electronically controlled light, sound systems and there is a generous bar area, where delegates can relax and have a drink.

THEATRE STYLE
Conference rooms A, B & C can seat 300 delegates when combined and arranged with theatre style seating.
Each room is equipped for twin projection, which means that the same presentation can run simultaneously on two screens, allowing the speaker’s presentation to be easily seen by all delegates when speaking between the two screens.

U-TABLE
Meeting rooms I, II and III are located right on the harbour promenade with views to the Opera House.
Each of the rooms benefits from ample natural light and can be used on its own or combined with the others into one large room. The picture shows a U-table setting for 16 participants in Meeting room I.

CLASSROOM STYLE I
Conference rooms A, B and C can be used for separate meetings or combined to one large room. The picture shows Conference room A, set up classroom style.

CLASSROOM STYLE II
This picture shows Meeting room III set up classroom style, a setting that accommodates seating for an audience of 36 participants. Meeting rooms I and II – the other rooms on the harbour promenade – each accommodate 16 participants classroom style.
All three rooms enjoy ample natural light and offer terrific views of the Opera House and the harbour.

Meeting room E, F and our two conference suites are located on the 6th floor. The meeting rooms accommodates 6 - 14 participants and you can enjoy the view over city’s roofs and towers and spires, with Amalienborg Palace in the foreground.

COMBINATION
The arches and vaults of the lounge offer the possibility to create “rooms within the room”. In this picture, a large boardroom table has been combined with smaller tables to allow participants to withdraw into discussion groups.
